

With Sweden’s most satisfied customers when it comes to service, Porsche Sweden raised the bar even further with the Porsche Airport Service concept. Proud Porsche owners were able to experience a flexible, new, smart and exclusive service when travelling.
— For the Porsche Airport Service project, Cetrez designed and produced a web-based solution for proud Porsche owners in Sweden. Porsche Airport Service members are able to book their next service – online – to coincide with their next trip. The service allows members to choose the date, time, type of service and transfer choices. The website also allows the Porsche technicians to utilize the administrative tools, enabling them to access and control the service experience. The central goal throughout the project has been to create a smart, flexible and smooth service experience through Porsche Airport Service and at the same time communicate the true essence of the brand.
